Refund policy

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
  • Claims for damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence.
  • Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return (non-defective), your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at team@purelanelabs.com.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

We work quickly to process and ship your order.

  • Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • After 6 hours, the order may already be in the processing or fulfillment stage and cannot be canceled.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process returns once they are received at our facility and up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Important Clarifications

  • The 30-day return window refers to the eligibility to request a return. It does not waive the customer's responsibility for return shipping costs on non-defective items.
  • The 100% refund applies specifically to the product price. Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
  • Discounted offers, partial refunds, or promotional resolutions are optional goodwill gestures and do not override this policy.
